SILVERTON NORTH RESUMES

After completing a WUI project on the south side of the Village of Silverton , SIFCo is working with the village again to do a comparable project to the north .

We are now resuming the second phase of this project. Once complete, the Village of Silverton will enjoy protection against wildfires, to a degree perhaps unparalleled among small, rural villages in the province.

We are currently treating 36 hectares of land in which we are investing $395000.

We expect the final phase of this project to be completed by June 2016.
