Harvesting to begin up Winlaw FSR

A 12 ha of dry forest on south-facing slope, 2 km up Winlaw FSR harvesting project will begin in two weeks. The area will be managed with a priority on ungulate winter range values, biodiversity, and balancing forest on site to hotter, dryer conditions. Ponderosa Pine will be retained throughout.
